Mr. Sivasarathy is the visionary leader behind SFJ Business Solutions. A seasoned expert with a wealth of experience, Mr. Sivasarathy—affectionately known as Siva—is the Founder and CEO of SFJ Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a premier provider of IT consulting, outsourcing, and workforce skilling services. With more than 20 years of experience across key technical domains like SAP and Oracle, he has successfully led numerous projects, implemented complex solutions, and delivered strategic consulting services. Prior to founding SFJ Business Solutions in 2011, he served as an Head of SAP Practice at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the world’s largest IT firms.
